Employment Services
We have programs that can help you with the recruitment process. We match candidates with job opportunities and offer incentives to employers who hire them. The incentives can help cover costs like temporary decreases in productivity, increased supervision needs, and out-of-pocket training expenses. We can also help you create jobs for youth, including summer placements. Incentive criteria and funding levels may vary depending on the program.
Canada-Ontario Job Grant (COJG) is a government program that helps employers invest in their workforce. It provides direct financial support to companies that want to provide training to their employees to improve their skills. Small, medium, and large businesses planning to offer short-term training to new or current employees are eligible for the COJG.

An apprenticeship program combines on-the-job and in-school training for employment in a skilled trade. The goal of apprenticeship training is to enable workers to obtain the workplace and classroom training they require to successfully become certified in their chosen trade.
