Job Description
Responsibilities Duties
Provide Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst doctorate level (BCBA-D)
Conduct assessments and collect data on behaviour and skill acquisition
Use positive reinforcement techniques to teach and promote appropriate behaviours
Assist with the development of social, communication, and daily living skills
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approach
Maintain accurate and detailed records of the learner’s progress and treatment sessions
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field
Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) (preferred)
Experience working with children, particularly those with ASD or developmental disabilities
Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
Strong communication skills in both English and French is required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

Salary: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
