
Au Château
Au Château is a not-for-profit organization that provides services to seniors through its 162 bed long-term care facility, support programs and housing units in Sturgeon Falls.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Accounts Receivable / Payable Clerk is responsible to process resident monthly billings and payments, maintain resident ledgers, communicate with residents and families, process accounts payable invoices and payments, provide assistance to the receptionist, and support the CFO in various tasks assigned.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
– Business Administration – Accounting diploma from a recognized college
– Minimum of three (3) years accounts receivable / payable experience
– Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft software
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Experience working in a health care environment or not-for-profit sector
– Oral and written skills in French and English
Our compensation package is competitive and will commensurate with experience.
