What you’ll do:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front and back of house
Lead, train, and schedule staff to meet operational needs
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and company standards
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management
Ensure all health & safety and company policies are followed
Schedule: Full-time (40–45 hours per week). Mix of days, evenings, and weekends
What we’re looking for:
2+ years of restaurant management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and labour standards
Reliable, professional, and hands-on management style
What we offer:
$45,000–$55,000 salary, depending on experience
