Responsibilities:
· Assist with residential excavation and septic system installations
· Support crews with trenching, grading, pipe installation, and backfilling
· Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely
· Load and unload materials and maintain a clean, safe job site
· Perform basic equipment checks and follow supervisor directions
· Wash, clean & grease equipment
Qualifications:
· Experience in excavation, septic installation, landscaping, or construction is an asset
· Experience operating skid steers or mini excavators is an asset
· Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in demanding conditions
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
