Castle Building Centre in M’Chigeeng is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Clerk/Office Administrator to support daily office operations and manage core bookkeeping responsibilities. This is a full-time/seasonal position with potential for full-time/permanent.
This hands-on role combines general administrative support with accurate financial record-keeping.
The ideal candidate has excellent hands-on knowledge of bookkeeping principles, ideally using Sage 50 software and Microsoft Office experience. Duties include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, customer service, answering phones, maintaining the filing system and employee records, and providing general administrative support to the management and team. Previous retail experience is an asset. We offer excellent wages, benefits, and a pension plan.
