• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment programs for clients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, in accordance with the standards of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
• Provide physiotherapy services in a clinical setting.
• Educate clients and their families on the management of physicalhealth conditions.
Participate in the planning and delivery of health promotion activities and community-based programs.
• Collaborate with members of the interdisciplinary team and coordinate internal and external referrals as needed.
• Ensure safe, effective care that meets professional standards, including maintaining clinical documentation and ensuring confidentiality.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives and participate in strategic planning and accreditation activities.
