Responsibilities:

· Flexible hours—night/ early morning shift

· Prepare and bake a variety fo breads, pastries, and other baked goods

· Follow recipes and maintain consistent quality

· Ensure cleanliness and organized, and sanitary workplace

· Work early morning shifts and collaborate with the team

· Follow food safety and health regulations

· Assist with inventory, restocking ingredients, and supplies

Qualifications:

· Commercial baking experience needed

· Strong attention to detail and time management

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
