Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our construction and manufacturing team. This role involves assisting with various projects that require physical effort, technical skills, and attention to safety standards. The ideal candidate will be versatile, eager to learn, and capable of supporting skilled trades in a fast-paced environment. Experience with construction, carpentry, or related fields is highly valued to ensure successful project completion and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Installation, siding, roofing, and framing.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support project execution.
• Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks such as material movement and site cleanup.
• Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment.

• Support manufacturing processes when applicable by assembling components or handling raw materials.
• Maintain a clean work site and ensure proper storage of tools and materials.

Requirements

• Prior experience in construction, woodworking, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, or technical drawings is a plus.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or heavy machinery is advantageous.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and protocols.
• Basic understanding of electrical or plumbing systems is beneficial but not required.
• Handyman experience or skills in assembly can be an asset.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for certain projects involving site travel or material transport. This position offers an opportunity to develop diverse skills across multiple trades within a dynamic team environment while contributing to meaningful construction projects.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
