Duties

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Support the recruitment process by identifying potential candidates and participating in interviews.
Facilitate training development programs for new hires and existing staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Collaborate with the management team to develop sales strategies that align with market trends and customer needs.
Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
Utilize effective phone etiquette when communicating with customers and vendors.

Requirements

Proven experience in store management or a similar role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with budgeting processes and inventory management
Ability to sell products effectively while understanding market dynamics.
Experience in recruiting and training staff members is advantageous.
A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
