Fonctions :
Fournir une formation de qualité en classe et en cabine, en suivant les directives du ministère des Transports;
Évaluer les progrès et les résultats des étudiantes et étudiants et assumer la responsabilité de l’évaluation globale de leur travail dans le cadre des cours assignés;
Fournir un rapport hebdomadaire du progrès des étudiants et des étudiantes ainsi que toute autre documentation;
Veiller à ce que toutes les directives en matière de santé et de sécurité soient respectées;
Assurer un cadre d’apprentissage qui tire profit des ressources disponibles;
Communiquer régulièrement avec le personnel administratif et les étudiants et étudiantes afin de favoriser leur apprentissage et d’accroître la persévérance scolaire.
Exigences :
Détenir une licence A avec autorisation pour les freins à air (Z);
Posséder un minimum de cinq ans d’expérience pertinente;
Détenir un dossier de conduite du ministère des Transports;
Être disponible pour des horaires flexibles;
Avoir de l’expérience en enseignement de préférence, mais non obligatoirement;
Maîtriser des outils techniques comme la Suite Microsoft, Zoom et Teams;
Maîtriser l’anglais parlé et écrit, obligatoirement;
Maîtriser le français de préférence, mais non obligatoirement.

Length of contract: On demand with possibility of a contract
Job Functions:
Provide quality in-class and in-cab training to students, by following Ministry of Transportation guidelines.
Evaluate student progress and achievement; assume responsibility for the overall assessment of the student’s work within assigned courses.
Provide weekly reports of student progress and related documentation.
Ensure that all health and safety guidelines are followed.
Provide a learning environment which makes effective use of available resources.
Communicate effectively and regularly with administration staff and students to promote learning and ensure student success.
Requirements:
Valid Class A driver’s license with Z Endorsement.
Minimum 5 years of experience.
Clean Driver’s abstract.
Flexible schedule availability.
Previous teaching experience preferred but not mandatory.
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Zoom, and Teams.
Advanced written and spoken English language skills in English.
Fluency in French preferred but not mandatory.
