•    Basic computer troubleshootingskills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, etc), with a willingness to learn new programs/systems

•    Team player attitude with strong interpersonal skills

•    Problem solving and troubleshooting abilities for handling phone inquiries

•    Excellent data ently and typing speed with attention to detail and commitment to quality

•    Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume work environment

•    1-2 years of customer se1vice experience is required

Past experience in a call centre is an asset
