The role involves physical outdoor work including window cleaning, house soft washing, gutter cleaning, and regular ladder use.
Base pay between $20–$30 per hour depending on quality of work and professionalism
Bonuses for ideas that improve the business
Bonuses for Google reviews that mention the technician by name
Commissions for upselling additional services
Commissions for generating new leads such as neighbours
We are looking for individuals who want to grow with the company and move into leadership roles over time.
· Valid full G driver’s license and confident driving ability
· Working at Heights training (required)
· Comfortable with physical labour and working outdoors in all weather
· Able to work at heights and on ladders safely
· Reliable, punctual, and consistent
· Strong work ethic and able to work at a fast pace without constant supervision
· Good attitude and willingness to learn and improve
