
Dance Fit Studio
Overview
We are seeking two passionate and dedicated Dance Instructor’s to join our vibrant team this summer. If you have a strong background in dance and a genuine love for teaching students aged 6 to 12, we want to hear from you! This is a seasonal position, perfect for those who enjoy inspiring young dancers and creating a positive, energetic classroom environment.
Responsibilities
Teach a variety of dance styles, including but not limited to ballet, jazz, hip-hop, and contemporary.
Create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans tailored to student skill levels.
Encourage creativity, self-expression, and confidence in a supportive environment.
Provide constructive feedback to help students grow in skill and performance.
Organize and lead rehearsals for showcases or performances.
Collaborate with other instructors to enhance the overall program.
Maintain classroom discipline and promote teamwork and respect.
Communicate with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
Qualifications
Experience teaching dance (1 year preferred).
Follow a structured daily schedule and transition plan.
Lead and supervise games and non-dance camp activities.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times.
Ability to create a fun, safe, and structured learning space.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for dance and teaching.
Bilingualism is preferred.
First Aid certification is preferred.
Experience working with children is highly desirable.
Background in early childhood education is a plus.

•Hours:
7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
