Duct Cleaning Technician/ Full-Time

Utilize hand tools and power tools for specialized cleaning or maintenance tasks as needed
Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, and fogger machine
Assist with facilities maintenance activities, including minor repairs and upkeep using appropriate tools
Handle heavy lifting when moving furniture, equipment, or supplies to facilitate cleaning
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring the ductwork meets high standards of cleanliness
Valid driver’s licence

•  Clean driving record (driver’s abstract required)
• All equipment, truck provided.
• Must be comfortable driving a truck and trailer, including backing it up
  Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
  Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
  Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during cleaning routines
  Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and addressing needs promptly
  Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship in all cleaning activities
  Reliable work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
