Dunlop Lake Lodge is a popular dining establishment for locals and travellers alike. “The Lodge” is best known for its “feel at home” atmosphere. We seek an energetic line cook to prepare and cook items to perfection and according to our menu using various methods (grilling, frying, sautéing, roasting). You will ensure a clean, safe and organized workstation; maintain a high standard of food quality, presentation, cleanliness and safety; and, communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house to ensure timely service. Having or achieving your “Food Handlers” certificate would be desirable. You will help check kitchen stock for fresh ingredients, prep, cook and plate dishes with precision and speed to ensure that our customers are always delighted to come to Dunlop Lake Lodge.
