Prep Cook

Dunlop Lake Lodge is a popular dining and hotel establishment for locals and travellers alike. “The Lodge” is best known for its “feel at home” atmosphere. We seek an enthusiastic prep cook to prepare food items according to our menu using various methods (chopping, grilling, frying, sautéing). You will ensure a clean, safe and organized workstation; maintain a high standard of food quality, presentation, cleanliness and safety; and, communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house to ensure timely service. Having or achieving your “Food Handlers” certificate would be desirable. You will help check kitchen stock for fresh ingredients and prepare food items for cooking/finishing to ensure that our customers are always delighted to come to Dunlop Lake Lodge.
