Full-time / 4 days a week           Salary : depending on experience

Bookkeeping Duties:

· Record financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank  reconciliations.

· Process invoices, payments, and manage accounts.

· Assist with preparing financial reports and summaries.

· Monitor company expenses and ensure compliance with financial policies.

· Assist with tax preparation and other financial audits.

 

Customer Service Duties:

· Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and professional manner.

· Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.

· Provide accurate information about products or services, processing orders when necessary.

 

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Previous experience in bookkeeping and/or customer service is preferred.

· Proficient in accounting software (Sage 50, QuickBooks, etc.) and Microsoft Office

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
