Handyman / Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, repairs, and various residential/commercial tasks. Additional duties will include but are not limited to lawn care maintenance/snow removal, junk removal, furniture assembly, local delivery of large items or appliances, and local moving services.

This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.   If you are a hands-on individual with a knack for fixing and have great troubleshooting skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Perform general maintenance and residential or commercial repair tasks (excluding plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting)

·         Assemble furniture, fixtures, and other household or commercial items.

·         Junk removal and decluttering of household goods must be able to lift 50lb minimum

·         Must be able to work at heights comfortably for tasks such as gutter cleaning or repairs

·         Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

·         Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and storage.

·         Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

·         Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.

·         Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills:

·         Proven experience in general maintenance, construction, or handyman-related work.

·         Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and residential repairs.

·         Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment effectively.

·         Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·         Physical ability to lift heavy objects, work at heights, and perform manual labor.

·         Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

·         Valid driver’s license (preferred but not required).

·         Must be bonded

o    Tues-Friday 9am-5pm

o    Saturdays 9am-3pm 

·         Work may be indoors or outdoors, depending on the job requirements.

·         May require working in various weather conditions and environments.

Mileage paid for work completed outside of local area
