We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Professional Residential Cleaner Supervisor to lead and oversee our cleaning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, training staff, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead members of residential cleaners to ensure high-quality cleaning services.
Train new and existing employees on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies.
Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper use and storage of equipment.
Address client concerns, feedback, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
Assist with hands-on cleaning duties when needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of [5] years of experience in residential cleaning, with at least [2] years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Knowledge of cleaning supplies, equipment, and best practices.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties when necessary.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
