Plow Operator

Overview:

Greenway Landscaping is seeking a reliable and experienced Plow Operator to assist with snow removal services during the winter season. This on-call, seasonal position offers competitive pay and the potential for full-time permanent employment for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Operate snowplows to clear roads, driveways, parking lots, and other designated areas efficiently and safely.
• Apply salt or de-icing agents to ensure surfaces remain safe and accessible.
• Perform pre- and post-shift inspections and basic maintenance on plow equipment.
• Respond promptly to on-call shifts during snow events, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating snowplows or similar equipment (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Class G or higher; AZ/DZ is an asset).
• Ability to work flexible, on-call hours based on weather conditions.
• Strong understanding of equipment operation and safety standards.
• Reliable transportation to job sites or meeting locations.

Compensation:

• Starting at $25+/hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for overtime during heavy snow events.
• Potential for Full-time, Permanent
