Overview:

Greenway Landscaping is hiring reliable and hardworking individuals to provide snow and ice removal services during the winter season. This on-call, seasonal position is ideal for those who can respond quickly to weather conditions and enjoy working outdoors.

Responsibilities:

• Remove snow and ice from walkways, driveways, and other assigned areas using shovels, snow blowers, or other equipment provided.
• Apply salt, sand, or de-icing agents as directed.
• Respond promptly to on-call shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Follow safety protocols and supervisor instructions to ensure efficient and thorough snow removal.
• Maintain and care for tools and equipment provided.

Qualifications:

• Physically capable of performing strenuous, repetitive tasks outdoors in cold weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to job sites or designated meeting locations.
• Availability to work flexible, on-call hours based on weather conditions.
• Experience with snow removal is an asset but not mandatory.

Compensation:

• Starting at $20/hour with the potential for additional hours during peak snow events.
