Breakfast Attendant Duties:
Preparing breakfast items for guests every day, as per Hampton Standards and as directed by management
Meeting and greeting guests, and serving them when required
Keeping an accurate record of guests expected and guests served, providing information to management
Monitoring food quality, disposing of food when temperatures are out of their normal range, for both hot and cold items
Cleaning the pantry and breakfast area by wiping down tables and working areas, doing dishes and cleaning equipment, organizing cold storage and hot storage areas and washing floors as needed
Ensuring all food is stored properly, by writing expiration dates, and dates of opening on boxes and bags, when applicable
Other relevant duties as required
Housekeeper Duties:
Making beds and changing linens
Sweeping and mopping floors. Scrubbing floors when needed
Vacuuming carpets and floors
Vacuuming furniture
Dusting and polishing all furniture and fixtures
Cleaning washrooms including sinks, mirrors, toilets, tubs and showers
Wiping down glass surfaces
