Multiple full-time positions are available.
What You’ll Do:
Provide hands-on personal care to clients based on individualized care plans, support clients with activities of daily living and physical activities, promote independence, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality person-centered service delivery.
Frequent travel within Greater Sudbury is required for this role. Applicants must have access to a personal vehicle.
