As a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) at Jarlette Health Services, you will work under the direction of the Director of Care in the home and be responsible and accountable for providing planned, resident-focused and goal directed care in accordance with the provincial standards of care.
The following traits and qualifications are required:
Candidates must possess a current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario. O. Reg. 246/22, s. 51.
Experience in a Long-Term Care (Gerontology) setting is an asset.
Performs care planning and coordination of care in a diverse multidisciplinary care team.
A demonstrated use of current care technology.
Shall exhibit strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Must demonstrate an active interest in ongoing education, training, and professional development.
Ensures all MOHLTC requirements are met.
Contributes to a home environment for residents that ensure the values of Jarlette Health Services are met.
