· Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
· Oversee kitchen operations
· Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
· Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen
· Receive food deliveries and organize products accordingly
· Other duties including cleaning, opening and closing kitchen
Experience – Skills / Expérience – compétences
· Experience working in a restaurant and cooking required
· Must have Worker Health and Safety Awareness Certification
· Must be able to follow instructions and read and write English
· Outgoing and eager to help when necessary, as well as be a team player
· Must be able to multi-task and excel in time management
· Detail to food preparation, presentation and cleaning
· Ability to follow health and safety guidelines and always ensuring a clean environment
· Must be able to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
· Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods of time
