EO-NO-123 Bartender

·        Greets guests and presents them with the food and beverage menu’s 

·        Engage with customers in a friendly manner  

·        Informs guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any  

·        Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude  

·        Write patrons’ food and beverage orders on order slips and enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen and bar 

·        Upselling food and drinks to maximize profits 

·        Mixing great quality drinks and serving food to our guests 

·        Strong knowledge of menu and ingredients used 

·        Stocking the bar and storerooms 

·        Coordinate with the bus person, kitchen staff, and serving staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction  

·        Prepare accurate guest bills, collect payments, and post accurately in POS system  

·        Assist in set up and take down of bars, weddings, and corporate events 

·        Assist in service of bars, weddings, and corporate events 

·        Opening and closing duties 

·        Ensure guests do not become over intoxicated and inform Manager of guest issues as required 

·        All other duties as assigned
