Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring driven, outgoing individuals to join our in-store sales team. You’ll work inside a major Canadian retailer, engaging customers and promoting trusted credit card products.
Responsibilities
Approach customers and explain credit card features and benefits.
Understand customer needs and provide relevant recommendations.
Meet and exceed personal sales targets.
Build positive relationships with customers and store staff.
Maintain customer confidentiality and data security.
Support multiple store locations within your assigned territory as needed.
What We Offer
$17.60/hour + uncapped commission
Full-time and part-time positions.
Flexible scheduling, Monday–Sunday, 9 AM–9 PM.

Requirements
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with customers.
Goal-oriented with strong communication skills.
Customer service or sales experience is an asset.
Willing to complete criminal and credit background checks.
Driver’s license/vehicle is an asset, but not required.
