Receptionist
Liberty Tax has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist at our Espanola, ON office! As a member of the team at Liberty, you will be responsible for managing the reception and waiting areas in a professional manner while delivering exceptional customer service to each of our clients.
Job Responsibilities
Greeting clients, answer calls quickly and professionally
Book appointments on the Appointment Management System
Conduct client follow up calls
Process fee payments using the POS or cash
Ensure client confidentiality and privacy at all times
General filing, scanning & photocopying
Assist with business growth and local marketing
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented, organized with exceptional multi-tasking skills
Ability to quickly resolve issues when under pressure
Knowledge of Canadian Taxes is an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Flexible language requirement:
French not required
Schedule:
4 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
