Lifemark Seniors Wellness has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Physiotherapist to join our growing team!
Location: Manitoulin lodge, Gore Bay
Schedule: 6 hrs/wk
Status: Independent Contractor
In this role you will:
Perform clinical assessments and implement treatment plans for clients
Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress
Administer and collect outcome measurement information
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Communicate to appropriate referral sources and stakeholders
Engage in continuous learning and skills development
Have fun, and contribute to a positive patient experience
Qualifications:
Registered with the Provincial College of Physiotherapists
A graduate of a recognized university Physiotherapy degree program
ADP authorization is required
A valid Vulnerable Sector screening check (within 6 months)
Proof of Tuberculin (2-Step Mantoux Test) clearance
The successful candidate will be made an offer of employment on the condition of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Fully vaccinated is defined as having received all of the required doses of a Health Canada approved vaccine and having received the final dose at least 14 days before your employment start date.
