Summer Student – Manitoulin Centennial Manor

Manitoulin Centennial Manor is seeking a Summer Student in the Groundskeeping Department

This fun and educational position will be for 8 weeks, 35 hours per week, various shifts, starting in mid to late June.

Students must be enrolled in the fall semester in either high school or college/university and provide a CPIC. Experience working with seniors or persons with dementia is an asset.

This position is made possible through the Canada Summer Jobs, and initiative of Employment and Social Development Canada.

To be eligible for this position, participants must:

• Be between 15 – 30 years of age at the start of employment;
• Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or persons to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act;
• Be legally entitled to work in Canada on hire
