Registered Ultrasound Technologist – Casual
Location: Little Current and Mindemoya Site
Starting wage: $36.84-$51.77 per hour based on experience
POSITION SUMMARY
The Registered Ultrasound Technologist is responsible for diagnostic imaging sonographic scanning.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications, Experience, Licensure)
Required:
Registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO)
Professional Liability Insurance
Preferred:
Current registration with Sonography Canada
Previous experience in a hospital setting
Experience in performing ECGS & Holter Monitors
Radiography qualifications

Knowledge and proficiency in quality imaging
Knowledge and proficiency in equipment QC requirements

Knowledge and proficiency in ultrasound probe disinfection
Proficiency in computer software applications: Microsoft Platform, Meditech
Community Wide Scheduler, PACS, Learning Management System
