Summer Students – MICA

Manitoulin Island Cycling Advocates (MICA) is looking to hire 2 Summer Students

Work: June 25/26 – August 29/26, 35 hrs/wk, minimum wage, Tuesday & Wednesday off

Place of Work: Manitoulin Island, on-site at the North Channel Bike Park (Honora Bay)

Responsibilities:

• Trail patrol and maintenance; raking, pruning and vegetation control
• Administrative tasks; answering phones, processing payments, waiver collection
• Facility cleaning
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Reporting to MICA staff and Board Members
• Mountain bike experience is an asset but not mandatory
• Work weekends
