Role Overview
Status: Student Position
Hours: Flexible (Weather-dependent)
Start Time: 9:00 AM (Most days)
Schedule: Weekdays with some weekend shifts required
Key Responsibilities
Groundskeeping: Raking leaves, sweeping walkways, and clearing debris.
Beach Care: Cleaning and maintaining waterfront or beach areas.
Property Cleaning: Washing exterior windows and pressure-washing surfaces.
Setup & Maintenance: Cleaning, moving, and arranging patio furniture.
General Labor: Executing various outdoor manual tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Key Requirements
Student Status: Must be currently enrolled in school.
Personality: Outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic.
Drive: Highly motivated self-starter who works well independently.
Fitness: Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
Flexibility: Adaptable schedule to accommodate weather-related hour changes.
