Mum's Place

Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes
– Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
– Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
– Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
– Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a cook or relevant role in a professional kitchen
– Knowledge of various cooking techniques and food preparation methods
– Ability to follow recipes and portion sizes accurately
– Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
– Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
– Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed
