NAANDWECHIGE-GAMIG – Wikwemikong Health Centre – Knowledge Gatherer

Wiikwemkoong Unceded Territory – NAANDWECHIGE-GAMIG Wikwemikong Health Centre is seeking qualified surveyors to conduct interviews within First Nations communities for the First Nations Regional Health Survey (FNRHS)

1. Assist with the selection of survey respondents;
2. Conduct confidential surveys with adult, youth and children (proxy) using a tablet or online
3. Upload all completed surveys to a national server (if tablet is used);
4. Maintain privacy, confidentiality and security of all surveys;
5. Attend and participate in a training seminar scheduled
6. Complete weekly reports and send out participant log forms.

1. Experience in conducting confidential interviews;
2. Ability to use a computer for data collection;
3. Able to maintain privacy; confidentiality and security;
4. Excellent communication skills,

 Must provide a current CPIC according to community requirements;
 Must have a valid Class G driver’s license and access to a vehicle, if needed.

 $50 per completed survey
 Training of surveyors will be provided by Chiefs of Ontario
