Established property management company is seeking a hard working, self-motivated and independent handyman.

Responsibilities include:

· day-to-day routine maintenance

· general cleaning

· garbage collection

· repairs and maintenance including drywall repair and painting

· property inspections

Skills/Qualifications:

· must have valid driver’s license

· previous experience preferred

· strong problem-solving abilities

Compensation will depend on experience.
