Full job description
Established property management company is seeking a hard working, self-motivated and independent part-time property manager.

Responsibilities include:

· oversee the day-to-day management of the property

· coordinate and manage maintenance and repair activities

· conduct regular property inspections

· handle tenant relations including move-ins, move-outs and addressing issues

· property inspections

Skills/Qualifications:

· previous experience preferred

· strong problem-solving abilities

· excellent communication and organizational skills

· ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

Compensation will depend on experience.
