In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to potential car buyers. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, showcase our vehicle inventory, and facilitate the sales process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a passion for automobiles, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
– Greet customers warmly and ascertain their vehicle needs through effective communication.
– Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits to encourage purchases.
– Negotiate sales agreements and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
– Maintain an organized database of customer interactions and follow up on leads.
– Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
– Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
– Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
– Provide exceptional phone etiquette when handling inquiries from potential customers.
– Assist in maintaining the showroom’s appearance and organization.
Skills
– Strong sales skills with a proven track record in outside sales or automotive sales preferred.
– Excellent negotiation skills to effectively close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
– Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
– Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
– Proficient math skills for calculating financing options and payments accurately.
– Ability to upsell products and services effectively during the sales process.
– Exceptional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally.
– A passion for automobiles and a desire to provide outstanding service.
