The law firm of Peter J. Doucet seeks a highly motivated and qualified Family Law Clerk to join its growing team of legal professionals. This position allows for either remote or in person work, as the candidate prefers. Full time remote work is entirely acceptable. As such, your geographic location is not that important to us.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in Superior Court and Ontario Court litigation matters, with particular and extensive emphasis on Family Law. The ability to work directly with clients and form part of a motivated, customer-service oriented team of legal professionals is essential.

The salary range for this position is up to $70,000.00 per annum, based upon experience. The position will also offer up to six weeks of paid vacation, including Christmas holidays, as well as benefits, flex days and sick days.
