SERVER/BEVERAGE CART ATTENDANT

SERVERS/BEVERAGE CART STAFF for Stone Ridge at Elliot Lake, Golf Course, an 18-hole public course is seeking candidates for the positions of Servers/Beverage cart staff, for its onsite restaurant, PUTTER’S in Elliot Lake.

Successful candidates will be considered for all aspects of the Food and Beverage Department. This includes the Clubhouse and the Beverage Cart. This does not exclude performing Kitchen tasks as required. Smart Serve certification is required.

Duties for servers/cart staff may include:

Greeting and seating customers
Taking, confirming orders, and relaying to the kitchen or bar staff
Serving food
Serving alcohol
Busing, cleaning, and resetting tables
Placing to-go orders.
Preparing bill and processing payment
Assisting kitchen, such as plating and garnishing menu items
Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, vacuuming, cleaning, washing dishes.
Reconciling daily cash transactions
Stocking and reconciling inventory
Keeping track of sales and inventory on the cart
Experience serving, working with POS and software systems considered an asset.
Seasonal position May to October, hours will vary and the start date is to be determined.
