Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean, stocked and maintained in an orderly fashion
  • Assist with food prep, inventory management and receiving deliveries
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
  • Work with the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food service to our guests

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a kitchen or cooking environment preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Must be reliable, punctual and have a positive attitude
  • Food safety knowledge is a plus
