Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, stocked and maintained in an orderly fashion
- Assist with food prep, inventory management and receiving deliveries
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
- Work with the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food service to our guests
Qualifications:
- Experience in a kitchen or cooking environment preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be reliable, punctual and have a positive attitude
- Food safety knowledge is a plus
