Residential Professional Cleaner

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Residential Professional Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of private residences, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as scrubbing grout, washing cleaning baseboards & walls, and washing windows.
• Move-in /Move-out & Estate deep cleaning
• Follow cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
• Handle client belongings with care and respect.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
