EO366 – Operator 1

· Permanent, full-time, Rotating shifts, 24 hours

Responsibilities:

· Operate equipment safely once trained

· Assist machine operators and production staff as needed

· Meet daily production targets

· Load, unload, lift, and move raw materials and finished products

· Prepare products for shipping manually or with equipment if trained

· Inspect, sort, and package products

· Complete required paperwork electronically or on paper

· Maintain a clean and safe work area

· Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

· Mechanically inclined with experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment

· Manufacturing or assembly experience is an asset

· Ability to read a tape measure (standard and metric)

· Basic understanding of fractions, decimals, and metric conversions

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotating shifts

· Strong teamwork and communication skills

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn

· Grade 12 education or related experience preferred
