· Full-time position with benefits
· Proven experience in power sports and marine repair or similar field
· Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various equipment issues
· Experience with hydraulic systems, welding techniques and dealership operations preferred
· Experience using hand and power tools
· Diagnose mechanical issues in equipment and perform necessary repairs
· Previous experience working with offroad machinery preferred
· Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery
· Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and safety standards
· Maintain accurate repair records
