Savage Equipment Leasing & Sales

· Full time – permanent Monday to Friday some weekends possible

· Salary depending on experience  

· Bilingual an asset

· Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customers’ descriptions of malfunctions

· Receive, fill telephone orders for parts and prepare sales slips or sales contracts.

· Receive payment or obtain credit authorization.

· Take inventory of stock.

· Advising customers about necessary service for routine maintenance

· Dispatch work orders to Technicians 

· Discuss with customers about inspection results, recommending corrective procedures, and preparing work orders for needed repairs

· Preparing a repair order showing time, cost, and labor estimates for service

· Explaining the work performed and the charges to the customer

· 1+ years’ experience in a customer service role and/or extensive knowledge of the industry and parts

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Motivated team player and strong interpersonal skills

· Excellent organizational and time management skill

· Must have a valid Driver’s Licence
