MUST:
v Be willing to work Wednesday to Sunday between 10am-7pm, sometimes later (mostly Friday and Saturday evenings) if there is an event
v Possess or be willing to get their Safe Food Handling Certificate
v Possess or be willing to get their Smart Serve Certificate
v Be reliable and able to work with little supervision
v Be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
v Possess organizational and critical thinking skills
v Have experience working in a kitchen
v Be personable and have excellent customer service skills
Tasks involve but are not limited to:
v Serving customers
v Preparing food
v Serving drinks
v Assisting with caterings
v Accepting payments (cash, debit or credit)
v Upkeeping/cleaning kitchen, outdoor areas
