Required Qualifications:
Secondary School Graduate Diploma, minimum Grade 12
Food Safety Training Certificate based on Public Health Food
Handler Training Protocol Abilities/Skills/Knowledge:
Support SJGHEL’s Mission, Vision & Values of Compassion, Humility & Harmony, Respect, Integrity, Social Responsibility and The Sacredness of Life Previous experience in food services, food preparation, food handling and sanitation, and operation of equipment Knowledge of current food handling, sanitation and safety procedures and current therapeutic dietetic practices Knowledge of public health and sanitation regulations, H.A.C.C.P. Food Safety, Sanitation Code, WHMIS regulations, O.H. & S.
