Required Qualifications:

Secondary School Graduate Diploma, minimum Grade 12

Food Safety Training Certificate based on Public Health Food

Handler Training Protocol Abilities/Skills/Knowledge:

Support SJGHEL’s Mission, Vision & Values of Compassion, Humility & Harmony, Respect, Integrity, Social Responsibility and The Sacredness of Life  Previous experience in food services, food preparation, food handling and sanitation, and operation of equipment  Knowledge of current food handling, sanitation and safety procedures and current therapeutic dietetic practices  Knowledge of public health and sanitation regulations, H.A.C.C.P. Food Safety, Sanitation Code, WHMIS regulations, O.H. & S.
