SJGHEL is seeking a detail oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic SJGH team.
Reporting directly to the Vice President, Quality, Clinical Services/Chief Nursing Executive (CNE), the ideal
candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and project support to the portfolio.
Responsibilities
include managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, handling correspondence and sensitive
information. The role includes liaising with several departments within the organization and assisting with various
administrative and project-oriented tasks. This role requires a keen attention to detail, ability to work
independently, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Applicants should hold a minimum of a two (2) year Diploma in Office Administration or Business
Administration from an accredited college. A minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in an
administrative support role at a senior management level, in a health care environment is an asset.
