Department: Environmental Services
Salary: $26.33 to $26.92 (hourly)
Location: Hospital, Oaks Centre, SJGHEL
Required Qualifications:
Secondary School Diploma
Abilities/Skills/Knowledge:

Knowledge of, and the ability to perform duties of the position safely in accordance with Infection
Prevention and Control best practices and SJGHEL policies/procedures
Ability to perform the physical aspects of the position efficiently
Ability to work in all assigned areas
Ability to work weekends and shift work
Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
Ability to organize time effectively to perform the duties of the position
Ability to maintain successful working relationships with the interdisciplinary team to achieve positive
patient outcomes
Experience in a similar role in a hospital environment
Computer literacy
Assets:
Bilingual
Excellent attendance record (records will be reviewed)
Current certification through Central Service Association of Ontario (CSAO); Medical Device Reprocessing
Association of Ontario (MDRAO).
